Hai phong aims to disburse more than 100% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister by January 31, 2026 and at least 97.6% of the capital plan allocated by the city.
By the end of August this year, the city had disbursed more than 21,767 billion VND, reaching 60.6% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 55.4% of the capital plan assigned by the city, higher than the same period last year. To complete the target of disbursing 100% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister, the city requires departments, branches and localities to seriously implement 4 key tasks and solutions in the 2025 Public Investment Disbursement Scenario: Accelerating the completion of investment procedures, organizing the selection of contractors to implement the project; Complying with the implementation schedule and disbursement for each project; Synchronously and drastically implementing tasks and solutions to accelerate the progress of compensation and site clearance; promoting the settlement of investment capital for completed projects. Besides, relevant departments, branches and localities are required to synchronously implement solutions; focus on removing bottlenecks in planning, investment, construction, land, and accelerating the execution progress of key projects./.
