Rorze Robotech Co., Ltd., a Japanese-invested company, specializes in manufacturing and assembling robots, robot parts and motor control equipment. Currently, the company has 2,992 employees, all of whom have signed contracts, are basically covered by social insurance and enjoy the regimes and policies according to current regulations of Vietnam. The company has fully implemented collective labor agreements. Especially, the company is one of the first units to have Saturdays and Sundays  off for all employees.
