The Thuy Nguyen International General Hospital Project has a total investment capital of nearly 1,000 billion VND, a scale of 600 beds, is implemented with the orientation of building the hospital-hotel model, including office blocks, medical examination and treatment areas with 19 floors and one basement on a total floor area of ​​nearly 40,000m2 to provide high-quality medical examination and treatment services, meeting the increasingly diverse needs of the people. On behalf of the city leaders, speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Haiphong People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong acknowledged and expressed great appreciation for all the efforts of Hang Kenh Corporation in starting the construction of the Thuy Nguyen International General Hospital Project. The action not only affirms the strategy of expanding production and business activities in the field of public healthcare but also demonstrates the social responsibility of the enterprise in accompanying the state to implement the goals of protecting, caring for, and improving people's health in the new situation. When completed and put into operation, Thuy Nguyen International General Hospital will actively contribute to improving the capacity of the city's health system, meeting the increasing demand for high-quality medical examination and treatment of the people in Thuy Nguyen City as well as neighboring areas. The project also motivates investors and contributes to building a favorable environment to attract domestic and international investment resources to Thuy Nguyen. The Vice Chairman requested that relevant departments, branches, units, and local authorities actively coordinate and support the investor to comply with legal regulations during the project execution process. The city leader hoped that Hang Kenh Corporation would ensure the progress and quality of the project, focusing on requirements on labor safety, environment, security, and order.

According to the plan, the project construction period lasts about 16 months and is expected to be put into operation at the end of the third quarter of 2026./.
