Getting ready to allocate resettlement land for Phase 2 of Tam Bac River Refurbishment Project
The investment and construction project of the Kien Thiet resettlement area in So Dau ward is aimed to serve the resettlement of 2 projects, one being Phase 2 of the Tam Bac River Refurbishment and the other being the park in the south of Hoang Van Thu bridge, Hong Bang district. Currently, the projects are being sped up by the contractor and being got ready to hand over to the investor.
The family of Tran Vinh Quang, Minh Khai ward is one of the first households in the area of site clearance for the Tam Bac River refurbishment project phase 2 to receive resettlement land at Kien Thiet Resettlement Area in So Dau ward.
From the end of March to the beginning of this April, Hong Bang district has handed over resettlement land to 5 households that gave up their former land in the service of the Tam Bac River refurbishment project phase 2.
The construction project of the Kien Thiet resettlement area in So Dau ward has an area of more than 2.2ha and is expected to comprise 124 lots, contributing to the resettlement in the two projects of Tam Bac River refurbishment phase 2 and the southern park project of the Hoang Van Thu bridge. Up to now, the contractor has completed the infrastructure of more than 80 house lots./.
