Recently, on the side of Đông Triều Town, Quang Ninh Province, there has been positive progress at the construction site of the Lai Xuan Bridge, as a part of the construction site for the remaining pillars has been handed over. Currently, the site for the access road is undergoing related procedures by the authorities of Quang Ninh Province.

On the Thuy Nguyen side, approximately 9,800 m² of land that needs to be revoked from the Xuân Nguyên Prison has not yet been handed over. This delay means that, at this point, 4 out of 16 bridge pillars still cannot be constructed, making it difficult to accurately determine the completion timeline for the first quarter of 2025.

As of now, the Lai Xuan Bridge investment project is approximately 70% complete, while the renovation and expansion of Provincial Road 352 has reached about 58% of the contract value. The contractor aims to complete the rough paving of the entire 13 km stretch by mid-November. According to the plan, the investment project for the Lai Xuan Bridge and the renovation and expansion of Provincial Road 352 is scheduled for completion on February 15th of next year. To achieve this goal, the site must be handed over promptly without further delays./.
