More than 120 delegates from departments, sectors, communes, wards and special zones in the city grasped general knowledge shared by experts about the quality management system under the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 and its role in administrative reform; knowledge about building, applying, maintaining and improving the quality management system under the National Standard in state administrative agencies. Applying a quality management system to improve the effectiveness of management and operations of agencies and organizations is one of the key and consistent tasks for building a "creative, honest, effective, dedicated and people-serving" Government.
