LGE project in Haiphong: Cooperation for success and efficiency

Chairman of Haiphong People’s Committee Duong Anh Dien has recently received and worked with Mr Kim Jong Shik - Director General of LGE Group (Korea).

Director General Kim Jong Shik expressed his pleasure to be back in Haiphong and thanked for warm welcome of the city, which left a good impression on him. He thanked the Party, the government and people of Haiphong city for its support to implement the LGE’s project in Haiphong and put the construction into operation as planned. He believed, with the start of LGE project in Trang Due Industrial Park, LGE Group will continue to make further investment, making practical contributions to the development of Haiphong.

Chairman Duong Anh Dien asserted, LGE project in Haiphong is one of the projects to be deployed in the soonest time after receiving investment certificate. This results from the mutual efforts on the basis of mutual trust, which ushers into numerous prospects for cooperation between Haiphong and LGE Group. City Chairman affirmed that Haiphong will attempt to build a system of modern and preeminent infrastructure to meet the requirements of LGE in areas of electricity, transportation, customs procedures, etc…thereby, LGE would be further facilitated to invest in the city. Mr Dien also believed that with the mutual trust, support and cooperation, the two sides will overcome all difficulties and cooperate successfully and efficiently.
