Attending the Opening Ceremony and directly participating in the Tournament with the athletes were Mr. Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong; Mr. Pham Van Lap, Chairman of the City People's Council; Mr. Le Anh Quan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, and leaders of the city's departments, branches and sectors inside and outside the city.

This year's race was organized in a methodical and professional manner, with an expanded scale attracting nearly 1,800 athletes from units, businesses, the armed forces, schools, and local people. The race also had the participation of a number of foreign athletes living and working in Vietnam, demonstrating the spirit of integration and sports exchange.

The race includes two main competition distances: 9,700m and 3,000m, with the starting and finishing points at the An Duong District Cultural House. Throughout the race, the atmosphere was exciting with enthusiastic cheers from local people and mass organizations. The half-marathon is not only a playground for health training but also a great opportunity to connect within the community, clearly demonstrating the motto "Training health - Connecting the community - For a green, friendly, civilized An Duong", thereby continuing to promote the movement "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", improving the quality of cultural and physical life of the people./.
