Accelerating Progress Of Key Projects
To implement the citys planning and development of industrial zones, Vinh Bao district is currently constructing the Giang Bien 2 industrial cluster, covering an area of approximately 50 hectares. To support the infrastructure of this industrial cluster, a project is underway to build a road connecting the Giang Bien 2 industrial cluster to National Highway 10. Currently, the project is being expedited to meet the established timeline.
The project has a total investment of nearly 153 billion VND, including the main section of the road connecting the Giang Bien 2 industrial cluster to National Highway 10, which is over 700 meters long. It will feature a complete traffic safety system, traffic lights, sidewalks, street lighting, drainage systems, and culverts for residential areas. The project requires the site clearance of 40 households in the area. To date, 37 households have completed the site clearance process.
The site clearance plan for the remaining three households is already available. In the coming time, the construction unit needs to focus more on manpower and machinery, ensuring that it does not disrupt the lives and activities of residents.
Currently, the local government continues to collaborate with the investor and relevant units to communicate and encourage the remaining three households to hand over the land promptly. At the same time, they are urging the contractors to increase manpower, materials, and equipment to organize construction in available areas, aiming to complete the project to put into operation in the fourth quarter of this year as planned./.
