Hai Phong City To Reinforce Cooperative Relations With Nanning (China)
On their visit to Hai Phong City for the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival, the authoritative delegation from Qingxiu, Nanning (China) worked with the officials in the Ngo Quyen District.

 

Welcoming the delegation to the city were Mr. Trinh Quang Truong- Permanent Deputy Secretary and Chairman of Ngo Quyen District People's Council, Mr. Cap Trong Tuan, Chairman of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee, and Ms. Pham Thi Bich Dung, Head of Hai Phong City’s Department of Foreign Affairs, as well as other authoritative members from Ngo Quyen District and relevant associations.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Cap Trong Tuan, Chairman of the district People’s Committee expressed his elation at the Chinese delegation’s arrival in Hai Phong City, hoping that Qingxiu would share their experience in developing preferential policies to help motivate the city’s socio-economic development. 

The Chairman of the district People’s Committee made remarks on the many similarities in socio-economic potentials and advantages that the two localities shared, saying the district was a dynamic, creative area with competitive administrative indexes compared to other districts in Hai Phong City. The city is also offering many favorable policies to attract FDI projects, therefore, the district’s leaders suggested that businesses in Qingxiu cooperate with Hai Phong City in promoting their specialties in Ngo Quyen district.

On behalf of the delegation, the Vice Chairman of Qingxiu thanked the district’s leader for the formal reception of Ngo Quyen district, expressing his positive impression of the city and the district’s socio-economic development. The Chinese representative noted that the Qingxiu area ranked first in Guangxi province, possessing plenty of potential for development. The Vice Chairman of the Qingxiu area hoped the two localities would continue to research and invest more in mutually-interested fields in the future. /.
