Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Attracts Investors
Currently, many localities across Asian countries and territories are vigorously promoting land reclamation strategies with a long-term vision. In Hai Phong, coastal industrial parks are increasingly proving their effectiveness as they continue to attract investments from global investors.

The Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Manufacturing Plant project, developed by a Chinese investor, is being rapidly constructed on a 9-hectare area in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park—one of the successful coastal industrial parks in Hai Phong and Vietnam. Commenced in June 2024, the project is expected to be completed by January next year, featuring a complex of three workshops and auxiliary zones for producing specialized welding components.

Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, a completely reclaimed coastal zone in Hai Phong, spans over 1,300 hectares. Located within the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone, the industrial park continues to focus on completing its infrastructure to attract more capital flows shifting to Vietnam. Nam Dinh Vu has attracted over 70 projects, with infrastructure completed for approximately 860 hectares, equivalent to 65% of the park's area. The remaining 35% is under construction and is expected to be completed by 2025.

In addition to the Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Manufacturing Plant, many other projects have been actively launched and implemented since the beginning of the year. These developments highlight Hai Phong's favorable investment environment and supportive policies, offering significant opportunities for investors in the city’s industrial parks./.
