Over 3000 to participate in Hai Phong’s 2025 Running Day 

On March 12th morning, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting of the Organizing Committee to implement the Running Day for a green, civilized and friendly Hai Phong City in 2025. Tran Thi Hoang Mai, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, chaired the meeting.

Ensuring Order and Safety in Traffic and Protecting the Environment

To celebrate major holidays in April and May 2025; the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the 2025 Red Flamboyant Festival, on the morning of April 26, So Dau ward, Hong Bang district organized a launching ceremony to ensure traffic safety and order, sidewalk order, environmental sanitation, and civilization in urban spaces.

Grand Final of History Contest on Hai Phong Liberation Day  

Celebrating the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the 2025 Red Flamboyant Festival, on the morning of April 25, Hai Phong City Youth Union organized the Grand Final and awarded prizes for the City History Competition with the theme "70 years of Hai Phong Liberation Day". Attending the event were Mr. Pham Xuan Thanh, Chairman of Hai Phong Historical Science Association; Mr. Do Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the city.

Connecting Tourism Businesses with the Railway Sector

On the afternoon of April 24, at Hai Phong Station, Hai Phong City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with Vietnam Railways Corporation to organize a conference connecting tourism businesses with the railway industry to develop new tourism products, promote and stimulate tourism in the city.

Preparations to Merge Hai Duong Province and Hai Phong City
