Focus On Site Clearance For Key Projects
Vinh Bao district is prioritizing the investment project to build a road from Provincial Road 354 in Tien Lang district to National Highway 10 in Vinh Bao district, concentrating on site clearance. The District Peoples Committee is directing functional agencies and local authorities to speed up the implementation and hand over a clean site to the contractor by the end of June.
Accordingly, 263 households will have their land revoked for this project, including 42 households with residential land and 221 houses with agricultural land. Progress has been made on the plans’ approval of plans and payments for households with residential land. The district is reviewing the land origins and formulating a compensation plan for those with agricultural land.
To complete site clearance, in addition to focusing on resolving and answering people's petitions, local authorities are also promoting awareness among residents about the project and seeking their cooperation in handing over the site for construction. The District Land Fund Development Center is actively preparing plans, approving compensation, and providing support in a transparent and timely manner.
The investment project to build route 354 from Tien Lang district to National Highway 10 in Vinh Bao district will help shorten travel time between Tien Lang and Vinh Bao districts, reduce the load on National Highway 10, and create favorable conditions to attract investment and promote socio-economic development in both localities./.
