Xuan Dai Communal House is an ancient architectural work, worshiping the tutelary deities who contributed to the founding of the land. During the resistance war, the communal house used to be the place to organize popular education classes and store local food. Currently, the communal house still preserves a number of relics and antiques, dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries. The communal house is ranked as a National Relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The traditional festival at Xuan Dai Communal House is held for 2 days (the 9th and 10th of the 2nd lunar month) every year, with many unique cultural activities, attracting a large number of local people and tourists. /
