Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People Committee, Mr.Ito Naoki -Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Viet Nam also attended the event.
In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong affirmed that in the development journey, Hai Phong always considers culture as the spiritual foundation of society, a sustainable bridge in international cooperation relations. Over the years, the city has worked with Japanese partners to carry out many rich exchange activities, from education, art to economic
cooperation, contributing to strengthening friendship and mutual understanding.
The event was carefully organized, giving the audience the opportunity to enjoy art, feel the humanistic, profound and creative cultural values of Japan. 2025 is a milestone of special significance, when Vietnam - Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership continues to be strengthened and expanded in many fields.
Hai Phong - a dynamic, modern and integrated port city - is also affirming its role as an important international exchange center of the Northern region. In that context, cultural and artistic exchange activities further contribute to enriching the spiritual life of the people, while strengthening the good friendship between the people of the two countries./.
