Addressing at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong emphasized that the national children's painting contest and exhibition 2025 is a useful art playground, a meaningful spiritual gift for children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival. The event demonstrates the deep concern of the Party, the State and the whole society in caring for and nurturing artistic talents for the young generation, contributing to nurturing the souls of children right from childhood. After more than three months of launching, the Organizing Committee received 29,626 entries from 32 provinces and cities across the country. At the opening and awarding ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 39 individual prizes, including 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes, along with 5 collective prizes for units with outstanding achievements in nurturing artistic talents. The exhibition will take place until October 13 at the Hai Phong City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition at No. 1, Nguyen Duc Canh Street, Le Chan Ward, and will be introduced online on the website https://ape.gov.vn, creating conditions for the public nationwide to enjoy the creative works of children.
