Urban Refurbishment Strengthened
Hong Bang district has prioritized investing resources in building technical infrastructure. In particular, a land area in Ha Ly ward was auctioned to deploy a housing development and urban refurbishment project to beautify and develop the area, creating a breakthrough and promoting core urban values of an increasingly civilized and modern appearance.
The land area for the housing development and urban refurbishment project is located at No. 80 Ha Ly Street, Ha Ly Ward. It has a total area of more than 18,000 m2, of which the auctioned land’s area covers more than 9,460 m2. The green area reaches more than 520m2, and the traffic area takes up more than 8,000m2. The housing development and urban refurbishment project at No. 80 Ha Ly is expected to include 124 houses whose area ranges from over 67m2 to more than 100m2 with five floors each. After winning the auction, the winner completed the procedures and started construction in the middle of August.
According to the planning, the housing development and urban refurbishment project at No. 80 Ha Ly Street, Ha Ly ward, is expected to be implemented within 36 months, of which the construction and completion time of project items takes 18 months.
