The university currently has more than 23,000 students, offering a diverse system of education from vocational to undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a practice-oriented learning environment that meets international standards.
Annual enrollment remains stable at over 6,000 students per academic year. To enhance training quality and meet the demands of a globalized workforce, the university has introduced new programs in line with social needs. It currently offers 9 doctoral programs, 19 master’s programs and 55 undergraduate programs, along with dozens of college, intermediate and vocational courses, and 70 training programs for seafarers that meet requirements set by international conventions of the International Maritime Organization.
