Authorities have issued land recovery notices to all 161 households with agricultural land. They have also worked with consultants to determine land prices for compensation plans. Compensation plans have been approved for 147 households, with land acquisition decisions issued for 101 households.
Payments have been made to 138 of the 147 households. In the coming period, authorities will complete compensation plans for residential land in April. Appraisal and approval are scheduled for May. Resettlement arrangements, payments and site handover will then be implemented.
