Taking place over six days with the theme “Hai Phong–the City of Innovation, Acceleration and Shining,” Techfest Hai Phong 2023 introduced and connected nearly 500 technologies, 300 innovative products, OCOP products, as well as products of the city and 14 provinces and cities across the country and many countries around the world, with more than 2,500 visits and connections on average per day. The event witnessed major cooperation agreements on science, technology, and innovation signed between Hai Phong City’s organizations and the Chungbuk Technology Park and Free Economic Zone. There are 16 transaction contracts signed with a value of more than 20 billion VND, two investment agreements for startups, and three technology transfer and cooperation agreements between Vietnam and Korea. The success of Techfest Hai Phong 2023 has created a premise to connect the innovation ecosystem both nationally and internationally, serving as a launching pad for the innovative business community while strengthening Hai Phong's position in the Northern economic development triangle./.
