Addressing at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the great efforts and important achievements won by the public security and military forces in drug prevention and control and the development and implementation of the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control. The Prime Minister emphasized that there is no tolerance for drug crimes and that drug crimes should be gradually prevented in each commune, ward, special zone, each province, city and the whole country. The Ministry of Finance will coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security and relevant ministries and branches to urgently allocate funds to implement the Program from the beginning of 2026. Immediately after the conference, ministries, branches and localities will thoroughly grasp the content of the Program, and urgently take actions in a spirit of innovation and creativity, adaptable to the conditions and circumstances of each unit and locality.
