Since September 13 when the Chairman of the City People Committee inspected the project, the site clearance work has seen more positive changes. At residential quarter 1A, many households on Hai Lam Street have agreed to dismantle the structures and hand over the site to the constructors.
Immediately after the site was handed over, the investor and the joint venture contractor accelerated the construction progress.
According to the direction of the Chairman of the City People  Committee to ensure the project progress, Hai An, Duong Kinh and Kien An wards need to focus on establishing working groups to mobilize households, individuals and organizations to hand over the site to the Investor and Contractor to soon complete the project. In case households, individuals and organizations do not agree to receive compensation, support and hand over the site, it needs to urgently complete the land recovery enforcement dossier to comply with the provisions of law. The Chairman of the City People Committee requested the Project Management Board to direct the contractor consortium to mobilize maximum equipment and labor; proactively arrange sufficient supplies and materials to strive to complete the Project by May 2027 (shortening about 19 months compared to the approved project schedule).
