Land clearance for Nguyen Trai bridge construction investment project
In the light of the direction of the City People's Committee Chairman in which the site clearance and hand over to the investor for the Nguyen Trai Bridge construction investment project and the surrounding urban area must be completed in October, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen Ward has issued a decision to speed up land revoking for households in the apartment buildings No. 6 Nguyen Trai and No. 8 May To who have not agreed to hand over the site and is expected to deploy enforcement of land revoking this October.
According to the City People's Committee's document dated May 6, 2024, households in the two apartment buildings No. 8 May To and No. 6 Nguyen Trai (households that have not been granted a Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land) are permitted to rent State-owned houses if they meet all the prescribed conditions. However, although the government has stepped up propaganda, 26/35 households have not yet agreed to rent state-owned houses and requested to be resettled.
By October 15, the local government will continue to step up propaganda so that people are aware of the importance of the project and agree to hand over the site. At the same time, the authority will create all conditions for people to move to a new place of residence conveniently and soon stabilize their lives.
In addition to the 2 apartment buildings, problems in the project's site clearance are also related to the site of Hoang Dieu Port area, railway and railway station in Hoang Dieu Port area. The local government has actively coordinated with relevant departments and central ministries to take steps according to regulations to revoke land as prescribed, handed over the entire site related to the project as soon as possible.
