At the home of Pham Thi La in Thien Huong 6 residential area, production activities are in full swing from early morning until late afternoon. On average, her family produces about five quintals of vermicelli per day for the market.  The traditional vermicelli-making trade has helped the family maintain a stable income for many years while contributing to preserving the locality’s traditional craft culture. Thanks to investments in equipment and improvements in production processes, the quality of the family’s vermicelli products has steadily improved, ensuring food safety and hygiene.

Alongside traditional vermicelli production, ornamental plant cultivation and care in Thien Huong 4 residential area has also brought high economic value to many households.At the garden of artisan Le Ngoc Mai’s family, hundreds of ornamental plants in various shapes are meticulously cared for. In addition to serving visitors and enthusiasts, the family’s ornamental plants are supplied to customers in many provinces and cities nationwide, generating significant income.

The Thien Huong Ward Farmers’ Association currently has more than 2,600 members, including 35 households recognized for excellent production and business achievements in agriculture, handicrafts, trade and services.
