In the process of operating the 2-level local government model, VNPT Hai Phong has demonstrated its role as a strategic partner, especially in providing digital platforms and connections, ensuring the smooth operation, accompanying local governments in establishing, connecting and maintaining information systems serving the activities of the 2-level local government.
Besides fulfilling the political tasks assigned by the City and the Group, VNPT Hai Phong has recently placed focus on upgrading the system and ensuring smooth transmission lines for the city's online conferences to communes after the merger. At the same time, it has actively coordinated with communes, wards and special zones to apply IT to implement the 2-level local government model.
At communes, wards and special zones, VNPT Hai Phong has assigned staffs to be ready to ensure smooth transmission lines serving the Video Conferencing System from the city to 100% of communes and wards; at the same time, arrange staffs to be on duty at the Public Administration Service Centers.
After more than 2 weeks of implementing the 2-level local government model, VNPT Hai Phong has affirmed its role as a key unit in supporting communes, wards and special zones in applying IT and digital transformation in management, operation and administrative procedures handling for better and better serving people and enterprises.
