At 1:00 p.m. yesterday, Paris time, about 6:00 p.m. Vietnam time, the UNESCO Committee approved Yen Tu - Con Son - Kiep Bac - Vinh Nghiem relic and landscape complex as a World Heritage Site.
The Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son - Kiep Bac relic and landscape complex is located in 03 provinces and cities  of Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, including 12 relic sites, including 5 sites of Quang Ninh province, 02 sites of Bac Ninh province  and 5 sites of Hai Phong city. 5 relic sites in Hai Phong city are historical relics, typical scenic spots, preserving unique historical, cultural and scientific values not only of Vietnam but also of outstanding global value, fully meeting criteria 3 and 6 to be listed as World Heritage. Hai Phong city has 2 World Heritage sites of Cat Ba archipelago and Con Son Kiep Bac.
