Hai Phong power sector ensures accuracy in electricity consumption measurement
In August, Hai Phong Electricity Company received about 1,340 complaints about electricity bills, an increase of 12% compared to the previous month. The company has reviewed 100% of the comments and currently has not detected any cases of incorrect electricity measurement.
Currently, 100% of customers of Hai Phong Electricity Company have installed electronic meters, meter readings are automatically updated to the system, no need to record readings, enter data manually, thus ensuring accuracy and objectivity. According to Hai Phong Electricity Company, every month, after recording the meter reading, in case the customer's output increases or decreases by 30% compared to the previous month, an inspection will be conducted. Fucntional units will coordinate with the customer to determine the cause and compared with the meter reading reported on the customer care app.
