Electronic Seaport Border Guard Maintained During New Year Holiday
Along with other forces on duty during the three-day New Year holiday, officers and soldiers of Hai Phong City’s Portgate Border Guard have continuously maintained electronic seaport border guard as well as ensuring security and order in inspection and control of immigration procedures to create favorable conditions to help ship owners and seaport companies handle cargoes at the port safely, conveniently and quickly.
Despite the holiday, Mr. Tran Quang Tam still went to the Border Guards of Hai Phong port to declare port arrival schedules to help ships handle goods quickly, safely, and conveniently.
During this year's New Year holiday, along with continuously maintaining electronic seaport border guard operations, Hai Phong Port border guard has also increased patrols and inspection of the seaport area, proactively detecting and fighting against criminals of smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeiters, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety.
Hai Phong City’s Port Border Guard are trying to ensure seaport security and order to help regular and continuous vessels load and unload cargo at seaports. All the guards’ efforts have contributed to maintaining continuous seaport operations right from the beginning of 2024./.
