Progress of Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 Accelerated
According to the representative of Thai-Holding JSC.,, immediately after receiving the request from the City People's Committee to arrange one block of social housing apartments at the Social Housing Project at Lac Vien Warehouse 3 for civil servants and workers of Hai Duong province to rent to stabilize their accommodation when moving to work at a new location after the merger of Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city, the company immediately embarked on all necessary steps.
Based on the current progress and schedule, the investor adjusted the progress plan to promptly meet the fund of 400 apartments and proposed to the city the two phases of providing apartments. For phase 1, by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, the project will have 100 apartments in buildings CT3 and CT4. For phase 2, by the second quarter of 2026, the remaining 300 apartments will be completed and handed over to officials, civil servants, and workers in Hai Duong province. Overall, the project is accelerating in terms of construction progress and receiving active support from the Department of Construction and related units of the city to ensure legal conditions for opening for sale and lease. It’s expected that the project will be completed soonand the apartments will be handed over to people in 2026./.
