From the first days of implementation, the Phu Lien ward community digital technology team has visited each household in 40 residential quarters to guide them to install, register accounts and use the eGOV app. Thereby, the residents can easily look up information about residential groups, receive management notices from the ward, report on unexpected problems, as well as look up traffic violations, information on health, education, historical sites, etc. This is truly a comprehensive app connecting residents, residential quarters, government and businesses.
In recent times, Phu Lien ward has focused on innovating management methods, strongly applied technology and digital data in the management and public services. Each digitalization initiative aims to build an effective, transparent government and serve the people better.
