Soaring demand for human resource recruitment at FDI enterprises
At meetings and dialogues with FDI enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones in the city, many enterprises expressed their desire to be supported in recruiting human resources, especially trained human resources to meet the plan to expand production and business or to fill the positions of job-hopping employees. Accompanying investors, the city has been implementing a wide range of solutions to support enterprises in accessing sustainable human resources.
HORN Vietnam Co., Ltd., headquartered in An Duong Industrial Park, specializes in manufacturing consumer electronics products.

With the current scale of 4 factories, the company currently employs about 1,600 workers. To meet the production plan by the end of the year, the company needs to recruit about 100 more workers and the demand for human resources will continue to increase next year.
At YJ Link Vina Co., Ltd., headquartered in An Duong Industrial Park, the working environment for the company's employees has been improved a lot in recent years to attract workers. However, recruiting enough trained personnel, especially high-quality technicians, is a challenge for the company. This year, the company needs to recruit about 30 trained personnel but has only recruited 20 people.
According to the statistics of Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority HEZA, in September this year, in addition to the 42,000 workers recruited during the year, businesses still need to recruit about 2,900 more employees. Accompanying businesses, HEZA has actively supported training cooperation connections between vocational training schools and FDI enterprises; successfully introduced nearly 3,000 workers for businesses with the aim of reducing the time to find jobs for workers and helping businesses quickly recruit suitable employees.
