Building a people - centered, service-oriented digital government
Digital transformation currently plays a crucial role in the local administrative reform and socio-economic development. In Phu Lien ward, digital transformation has been strengthened with the goal of building a modern e-government and a comprehensive digital society, as well as fostering the digital economy.
The ward's digital task force, with the Youth union members as its core, has become an effective bridge between technology and the community. Through initiatives such as digital literacy programs and community digital technology groups, teams supporting people in using online platforms, the number of people installing and using online public services and population management applications has increased sharply. As a result, digital awareness and skills in the community have been improved, especially for the elderly who are often facing difficulties in accessing technology. Community consensus has gradually changed perceptions, and behaviors, brought technology closer to the people, reduced the workload for officials, and improved the quality of administrative procedures. Building on the foundations, the ward is striving to become a pioneer in digital transformation, where every citizen has the opportunity to easily and effectively access technology.
