Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Hai Phong Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Pham Van Lap, highly appreciated the contributions of DOJI Group, the project investor.  He requested the investor and contractors to focus capital, equipment, and human resources to ensure progress, technical and aesthetic quality, safety, and environmental protection. The Dragon 75 Complex project is located in the Bac Song Cam New Urban Area, which has been developed as the "new heart" of Hai Phong city. The project covers nearly 2 hectares, comprising a 75-story mixed-use tower and a 41-story luxury apartment tower. With the emergence of this iconic tower, Hai Phong will, for the first time, possess an international-class project, affirming its position as a strategic economic and seaport center in the North and a leading inter-regional connecting hub, on par with the two major cities at opposite sides of the country.
