The multi-level interchange project at Bui Vien - Vo Nguyen Giap, located in An Bien and Le Chan wards, covers approximately 5 hectares. Classified as a Group B and a high-level transportation project, it has with a total investment of 2,335 billion VND. Addressing the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau emphasized that the 13 projects simultaneously commenced and inaugurated today are of significant importance, contributing to infrastructure upgrading, development space expansion, job creation, economic growth, social security assurance, and gradual improvement of the quality of life for the people. He requested that investors and contractors focus maximum resources, accelerate construction progress, and strictly comply with all requirements related to quality, technical standards, aesthetics, and absolute labor safety. In particular, proactively arrangement of manpower, equipment, schedule, along with the application of scientific and appropriate construction solutions helps to minimize impact on the environment. Relevant departments, and local authorities, according to their functions and duties, will coordinate and provide timely and effective support to ensure the  effective and smooth construction.
