To develop a high-quality workforce that meets the requirements to accelerate industrialization and modernization in Vietnam in general, and Hai Phong in particular, experts suggest that the city needs to focus on reviewing and refining education and training strategies that align with the demands of industrialization and modernization. Additionally, it is necessary to reorganize the network of vocational education and higher education institutions in technical and technological fields, implement training activities on science, technology, and innovation in schools, and establish national and local programs for training, attracting, and utilizing talented labor with high skills and expertise. Furthermore, it is essential to develop and implement training programs for specialists, high-quality human resources, and skilled labor in foundational, prioritized, and key industries. Along with this, encouraging the development of online teaching and learning platforms will create more opportunities for workers to access knowledge and enhance their skills and qualifications./.
