The investment project to construct and operate the infrastructure of Tien Thanh Industrial Park in Tien Lang District has a total investment capital of nearly 4,600 billion VND and covers an area of 410.46 hectares. It is being implemented in Tien Thanh and Cap Tien Communes, Tien Lang District, adjacent to the road connecting District Road 25 to National Highway 10. The project links neighboring industrial clusters, forming a regional industrial hub. As one of the city’s key projects, it is comprehensively planned and equipped with a synchronized infrastructure system and modern utility services, fully meeting the demands of secondary investors. With a strategic location and access to all modern transportation modes, the project is expected to create approximately 30,000 jobs, contributing to raising incomes and improving the quality of life for many local residents. It will also promote supporting services, trade, and housing development, forming a dynamic economic ecosystem that will transform the area’s landscape and contribute to the city's balanced and sustainable development.

The project not only demonstrates Viet Phat Group’s commitment to contributing to the elevation of Hai Phong City’s status but also marks a strategic step forward in the economic development of the city’s southern region. Recognizing and appreciating the efforts of the Economic Zone Authority, departments, sectors, local authorities, and the determination of the investor in completing all legal procedures and mobilizing resources for the project’s commencement, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Tho urged the investor to focus on implementing the project with quality, on schedule, and in accordance with regulations. The project should follow the model of a green and eco-industrial park, while actively attracting secondary investors and speeding up occupancy. Consulting units and contractors must strictly adhere to construction standards, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental sanitation. Tien Lang District is also urged to accelerate compensation and site clearance, for the project’s completion to take place within this year./.
