The signing of the memorandum of understanding between Vision Trading Investment Company Limited and Hai Phong University of Management and Technology establishes an important link between the two sides, with the shared goal of improving the quality of workforce training and bringing professional knowledge, skills and practical workplace requirements closer to students.

Under the agreement, the university and the company will work together on a range of practical initiatives, including scholarships, job fairs, career seminars, business–student networking activities and career guidance through consultations, workshops and experience-sharing sessions. Students will also have opportunities to visit businesses, take part in workplace internships and access recruitment opportunities after graduation.

Beyond establishing a partnership with the university, Vision Trading Investment Company Limited has also contributed funding to the university’s study promotion fund and awarded 10 scholarships worth VND 3 million each. The scholarships are awarded to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have overcome challenges and excel academically. Each scholarship provides not only financial support but also encouragement for students to pursue their studies and work towards their future goals with confidence.

The event marks a new step in cooperation between the university and the business community, opening up more opportunities for students to learn, gain practical experience and develop their careers. It also contributes to the development of a high-quality workforce for the city as international integration deepens.
