Bach Dang Shipbuilding Co.,ltd is one of the long-standing state-owned enterprises specializing  in the shipbuilding sector of Hai Phong. The company currently has 144 employees. In the process of implementing policies to protect the rights of workers. the company has faced some difficulties, mainly related to the payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance debts from 2021 and earlier.
