Project of extending road 396 urgently implemented
On the afternoon of October 14, Mr. Tran Van Quan, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, went on an inspection of the site clearance, the construction progress of the extended road 396 and the progress of disbursement of public investment for the project to upgrade provincial road 390B, build a new section to avoid the former Thanh Ha town as well as inspect the operation of the 2-level local government model in the communes of Ha Bac, Ha Nam, Ha Tay, Ha Dong and Thanh Ha.
After inspecting the inspection of site clearance and construction progress, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan requested related localities to promptly clear the site to hand over to contractors; investors and construction units to focus on mobilizing machinery and human resources to speed up progress, ensuring the set plan. Inspecting the results of the operation of the 2-level local government model in the communes of Ha Dong, Ha Nam, Ha Tay, Ha Bac and Thanh Ha commune... the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee acknowledged the achievements won by the communes to ensure effective and smooth operations.
