This recognition reflects Hai Phong’s significant efforts and achievements in science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation. It also reaffirms the city’s pioneering role in implementing Party and State policies on developing the digital economy, digital society, and digital government.

The award ceremony was attended by Nguyen Thi Thanh and Nguyen Duc Hien, who presented the certificate and trophy to representatives of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee.

About the program

The “Vietnam Digital Achievements 2026” program is organized by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Previously known for four years as the I4.0 Awards, the program was renamed in 2026 to emphasize the real-world impact of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation on socio-economic development.

In his remarks, Phan Xuan Dung stated that the program aligns with Resolution 57-NQ/TW, which promotes breakthroughs in national innovation and digital transformation.

Participation and selection

This year’s program attracted nearly:

300 submissions
From more than 200 organizations, enterprises, and local governments nationwide

After two rounds of evaluation, the expert council selected:

Over 140 submissions
From nearly 100 outstanding entities

Big data and data-driven systems
Green economic development
