At Hong An Ward Public Administration Service Center…. Administrative procedures in many fields such as household registration, certification, land, construction, labor - war invalids and social affairs… have been received and processed quickly. People only need to submit their documents at a single door section and receive enthusiastic and transparent guidance. From July 1 to September 30, Nhi Chieu Ward Public Administration Service Center received nearly 5,490 administrative procedure records from citizens. 5,435 records have been so far resolved, 5 records are being processed. As a ward with a large population and enterprises, the ward receives an average of 100 citizens per day. Officials and civil servants at the center have made efforts to overcome difficulties, meeting the maximum demands of people and enterprises.
At the conference to evaluate the performance after 3 months of operation of the 2-level local government model, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau requested communes, wards and special zones to proactively overcome difficulties and obstacles, continue improving the quality of online public services, especially procedures that people are of high demend in related to residence, household registration, driving license issuance, land procedures, issuance of land use right certificates; security and order at the grassroots level; procedures related to enterprises. The Party Secretary noted that each Party Committee must promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and promote the leadership role and comprehensive orientation of the Party Committee for the activities of the local government to best complete the tasks and plans.
