On the evening of October 20, at the August Theater, a special political art program "Echoing Uncle's voice in the autumn of the Port" took place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's first visit to Hai Phong (20, 21/10/1946 - 20, 21/10/2026).
The audience attended the program.Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee; Tran Van Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and representatives of leaders of departments, branches, localities and a large number of people of the city.
The art program is elaborately choreographed.Mùa thu năm 1946, sau 4 tháng 20 ngày ở thăm nước Pháp trên cương vị người đứng đầu một quốc gia độc lập, có chủ quyền, Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh trở về Tổ quốc. Bến Ngự - Cảng Hải Phòng vinh dự là nơi đầu tiên đón Người. Tám mươi mùa thu đã qua, lời căn dặn của Bác vẫn vẹn nguyên giá trị, thành điểm tựa tinh thần và động lực để Đảng bộ, quân và dân Hải Phòng - Hải Dương vượt qua mọi gian khó, vững bước đi lên.

The leaders gave flowers to congratulate the artists of the Hai Phong Contemporary Art Theater.The program is directed by the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs the implementation.
