At the conference, rapporteurs representing Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee informed the results of the congresses of representatives of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels, the 15th Congress of representatives of Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term 2024 - 2029, heading to the 10th National Congress, term 2024 - 2029. A representative of Hai Phong Social Insurance popularized Directive No. 31 dated March 14th, 2024, of Hai Phong City's Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels in the fields of social insurance and health in Hai Phong City in the period 2023 – 2025, the Directive No. 30 dated February 5th, 2024, of the Secretariat on propaganda in the new situation. In addition, different agencies, localities, and units have strengthened propaganda on Directive No. 32 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in the fight against illegal, unreported, and unreported fishing according to regulations and sustainable development of the fisheries industry; Action Program No. 16 of the Standing Committee of Hai Phong Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 02 of the Politburo on "Innovating the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation", implementing democracy at the grassroots associated with the motto "people know, people discuss, people check, people supervise, people enjoy".
