Workshop on digital transformation for journalism
In the context of the media shifting strongly to the digital environment, digital transformation has become an inevitable requirement for press agencies, especially in the field of radio and television. This morning, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a workshop on digital transformation for press agencies, especially in the field of radio and
television.
At the workshop, many important solutions and information were shared. In terms of policy, delegates were updated with the new viewpoints of the Party and State, which identified the field of radio and television as one of the 12 cultural industries prioritized for development. Through the workshop, delegates affirmed that the application of technology solutions and AI in content development for press agencies, radio and television is extremely necessary and depending on the characteristics and goals of each agency, appropriate technology solutions should be selected towards sustainable development in the future.
