Enhancing public administration to serve people
The 2-level local government model has come into operation, bringing many conveniences to the people, speeding up the process of handling administrative procedures with a wide range of solutions, typically implementing the model "Accompanying the People in Digital Transformation", proactively bringing public administration to the people, spreading the movement "Building a friendly government, serving the people".
The model "Accompanying the People in Digital Transformation" in residential quarters has been deployed since July. On weekends, An Bien ward regularly organizes campaigns to support citizens in applying technology, digital transformation to handle administrative procedures. Promoting the application of digital technology, bringing online public services closer to the people, identifying the people as the center and the target of service in the digital transformation process, minimizing travel time, costs and administrative procedures, these are the key solutions to remove bottlenecks in the settlement of administrative procedures, ensuring the effective operation of the 2-level local government .
