Từ ngày 10/11/2021, chuyển hoạt động Cảng cá Cát Bà sang Cảng cá và Khu dịch vụ hậu cần thủy sản Trân Châu

Cat Ba Archipelago became a World Natural Heritage with outstanding global values. The new title allows us to promote the image of Vietnam and its people with the destination’s rich nature and affirm that cultural heritage is an invaluable asset and resource in the socio-economic development associated with sustainable tourism development.

Cat Hai district is honored to be the first locality in Hai Phong City to own a World Natural Heritage Site. In addition to strategies for promoting and developing tourism, the district has actively implemented the calculation of connecting a series of destinations and sightseeing routes to increase the revenue from tourism services.

The recognition of the Cat Ba Archipelago as a World Natural Heritage comes with a challenging journey with many efforts in preservation since respecting and promoting the value of heritage is an essential task that must be done. In 2024, Cat Hai district and related provincial departments and branches of Hai Phong City will continue to coordinate effectively in promoting propaganda and introduction of Heritage in the direction of building and publishing research publications and promotional materials to highlight the value of the Cat Ba archipelago to a large number of people throughout the country and international tourists./.
