With the desire to continue accompanying the city to promote the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the city in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, VNPT Group proposes a number of cooperation contents between Hai Phong city and VNPT in the coming time; in which the focus is to continue to upgrade and complete the digital transformation platforms being implemented, especially the Smart Hai Phong application and the Intelligent Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC); at the same time, coordinate to solve 3 of the city's 7 major problems, including: Monitoring and warning of flooding in urban "black spots"; connecting and coordinating smoothly the seaport - logistics chain; trace the origin of agricultural products and food, especially at collective kitchens.

Along with that, VNPT proposes to develop a digital transformation ecosystem in communes, wards and special zones; application of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), artificial intelligence (AI) in urban management; promoting digital transformation in the fields of health, education and building AI Factory Hai Phong. In the long term, the Group will study and invest in the Regional Data Center, High Performance Computing (HPC) Center, and support the establishment of an in-depth Research and Development (R&D) Center on maritime AI, logistics and smart seaports in Hai Phong.
