At the program, the company’s managers and its Trade Union Executive Committee pledged to coordinate in implementing the “Socialist grassroots trade union” model for 2026-2030. The model aims to further promote the role of the trade union in representing, caring for and protecting the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of workers, while working with the company to improve job quality, welfare and production and business efficiency.

Taishodo Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 at Dai An Industrial Park and specializes in the manufacture and processing of electronic circuit boards and fundus examination equipment. The company currently employs 950 workers. In addition to salaries, employees are provided with social, health and unemployment insurance in accordance with regulations and receive regular health check-ups. They are also provided with housing and travel support of VND700,000 per person per month, while shift meals are valued at VND30,000-35,000 per serving.
