Regardless of sun or rain, day or night or even weekends, members of the Tran Hung Dao residential quarter in Hong Bang ward have introduced in person the "Digital Citizen" model to each household. In order to successfully implement the model, the ward has organized training courses for 70 community digital technology teams. The teams have distributed QR codes to more than 29,000 households throughout the ward and simultaneously guided each household on how to scan the QR code when performing administrative procedures and updated them about current online fraud. To promote digital transformation in the city, Hong Bang ward has placed focus on strengthening communication and developing digital infrastructure, digital platforms and digital data. The Hong Bang Ward’s “Digital Citizen" model has been implemented by the entire political system of the ward with the aim of spreading digital transformation to all residents in the ward.
