The mock situation is that a fire broke out at Building B of Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy due to an electrical short circuit, the fire quickly spread to the floors of the building, trapping many people. The grassroots fire fighting force coordinated with professional fire fighting forces and relevant units to handle the incident, ensuring the safety of people and property. The drill mobilized more than 1,800 participants. The Steering Committee has actively urged and guided participating agencies, units and forces to carry out assigned tasks according to the plan; well prepared facilities, ready for the drill to gain the best achievements, ensuring absolute safety for participating forces and vehicles.
According to the plan, the city-level firefighting and rescue drill 2025 will take place on October 30, thereby contributing to consolidating and supplementing new knowledge on firefighting, helping the team of officers and soldiers directly fulfill the task to improve practical capacity, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
